Place them within the text at relevant locations rather than at the end of the document.

Ensure all references are relevant, up-to-date, and properly formatted.
Language & Readability:
The manuscript should be free from grammatical errors and written in a professional and structured manner.
Avoid obscure or overly complex writing.
2. Key Review Criteria & How to Improve Your Paper
Significance & Contribution:
Clearly state the key contributions of your work and their significance in advancing research in your field.
Avoid unnecessary repetition or redundancy.
Novelty & Relevance:
The study should demonstrate innovation and relevance to the conference theme.
Differentiate your work from existing literature and justify its importance.
Methodology & Validity:
Ensure that your methods, experiments, or models are well-documented and appropriate for supporting your claims.
Address any limitations and provide justifications where necessary.
Results & Interpretation:
Present findings with appropriate supporting evidence (graphs, figures, or tables).
Provide a meaningful discussion of results rather than merely listing them.
Graphical & Presentation Quality:
Ensure figures, charts, and images are clear, well-labelled, and properly formatted to support the content effectively.
Ethical Considerations:
Papers should be free from plagiarism and self-plagiarism. As checked by Turnitin, the similarity index and AI generation should not exceed 20%.
Cite all sources accurately to avoid any ethical violations.
Confidentiality & Compliance:
Authors must maintain the confidentiality of the review process and not share the manuscript publicly until final acceptance.
3. Submission & Review Process
Submission Portal:
All papers must be submitted via the conference submission platform before the deadline.
Peer Review Process:
Submitted manuscripts will undergo peer review, where reviewers will evaluate the quality, originality, and impact of the work based on the guidelines provided.
Revision Process:
Authors may be requested to revise their papers based on reviewer feedback.
Address all reviewer comments constructively and make necessary improvements before resubmission.
